Expeditions:

Shipping is done within 48 hours if the products ordered are in stock.

Preparation of commands :

Once your order has been validated on our website and your payment has been received and accepted, we proceed to process it.

The customer is notified of the shipment of his order by an email containing a tracking number.

This tracking number allows the customer to follow the progress of his package in the carrier's network, until delivery.

If the package is lost:

In this case, the customer should contact our customer service (by email via the contact page) so that we can launch a search with the carrier.

If the package is damaged:

Should the customer check the entire package upon receipt? If it seems to have been opened, it is possible to refuse the package or make a reservation on the carrier's delivery note.

What if the product does not fit? :

Each customer has a withdrawal period of 14 working days from the date of receipt of their package, to contact our customer service to agree on an exchange or a refund.

The product must then be returned with the prior agreement of our customer service. The costs of returning the product are the responsibility of the customer. Upon receipt of the returned package, our after-sales service will check the integrity of the product and initiate the exchange or refund procedure.

We insist that the product must be perfectly new when returned for the refund to take place.
